Short-term Bridge Financing

Conventional Commercial Loans

With less emphasis placed on traditional loan documentation, private equity financing is secured by collateral. 

Private Equity Commercial Loans

When conventional financing proves inappropriate or undesirable, private investor or equity loans provide creative and quick access to both private and institutional funds. Based on the value of the property and feasibility of the project including prospective profitability hard moneylender may approve the loan request. Hard money loans are based on the collateral anchoring the loan without significant regard to traditional loan documentation.

Standby Letters of Credit

A Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) serves as a means to ensure payment or fulfill performance obligations. For instance, referred to as non-performing letters of credit, these act as a private equity safety net. By demonstrating the ability to honor payment commitments, an SBLC enables the buyer to build trust with the seller. Until purchase funds are fully released, SBLCs offer an effective financial recourse to guarantee loan repayment, ensure contract fulfillment, and secure payment for goods delivered by third parties.
